There may be a fee for mortgage advice. A fee of £295 may be payable on completion. We will also be paid commission from the provider. The actual fee charged is based on your circumstances, OR, A fee of 0.35% of the mortgage amount, with a minimum of £295, payable when you apply for the mortgage. We will refund commission received from the lender to you.
