Terms & Conditions: For mortgage advice your initial consultation is free, however we do charge a fee for the mortgage advice & for the administration of your mortgage application. The precise amount will depend upon your circumstances however we estimate that it will be £495, of which £195 will be payable on application. We'll also be paid commission from the mortgage lender.
