The mortgage however, is not the only thing that you should be concerned about and we strongly recommend that adequate protection is taken to cover your outstanding mortgage, as well as a suitable home insurance policy to cover the property. We will be happy to arrange all this on your behalf so that you do not have to lift a finger.
Our whole of market service even compares the Bank exclusive mortgages only offered to existing customers with Intermediary exclusive mortgages that you will not be able to find on the High Street and would not be offered even if you approached the lender directly and finally direct to lender products accessed via branch, web & telephone only applications.
