About the Business
The Mortgage Partnership (TMP) was established in 1997 by Ian Ward. With many years industry experience, Ian started TMP with the aim of providing a professional mortgage packaging service for intermediaries offering exclusive products, dedicated and experienced staff to speak with and service excellence.
The Mortgage Partnership has evolved over the last 17 years, and has survived and continues to thrive despite the last few extremely difficult trading years. TMP today, with its principal office based in Heswall in the North West, is proud that we continue to support our Intermediary partners with our professional packaging and placement service with niche products from our increasing panel of lenders.
TMP can offer you an appointed case manager to source and process the right mortgage for your client(s) needs. Upon receipt of a TMP Decision in Principle form, we will fully assess your enquiry and select/present you with a list of possible mortgage products from our panel of lenders.
