Our service is free to you but to operate this service we may receive commissions from the provider or broker we refer you to. We don't provide mortgages ourselves but we do put you in touch with Mortgage Brokers who may be able to help you. Every mortgage lender or mortgage broker has to complete a "Fact Find" and issue a Key Features Illustration (KFI).
The difference is that a mortgage broker will normally only needs to do this once per contract. A couple of years ago it may have taken a mortgage broker four or five hours of admin work to place a mortgage with a lender. Times have changed and the amount of work, chasing up and following up now often takes mortgage brokers a lot more time.
